The Pharaoh Cuttlefish is a large, intelligent cephalopod found across Indo-Pacific reefs and seagrass beds. It hunts small fish and crustaceans with remarkable speed, shooting out its feeding tentacles in a fraction of a second to snatch prey. Like all cuttlefish, it can change colour and pattern almost instantaneously to communicate, hunt, or vanish against the seafloor—a party trick that never gets old underwater.
