The pink skirt clownfish inhabits coral reefs across the Indo-Pacific, typically found in small groups within branching corals or sea anemones. It reaches around 10 cm and displays the characteristic clownfish pattern: orange body with white bands and black edging. Like other clownfish, it forms a symbiotic relationship with host anemones, sheltering among their tentacles in exchange for removing parasites and providing nutrients through waste products.
